Both architecture grads from University of Buffalo, Matt and Joe have signed on to help out with the heavy lifting for the summer.

First project they are tackling is the rebuilding of the foundation: removing all the old powdery mortar from between the stones, and rebuilding the foundation 10’ at a time.

Next will be to restructure the inside of the hose by pouring new footings and lifting the center of the house back to level, then the framing project.
