Eric handles all types of salvage. He takes apart houses, salvages metal  and recycles EVERYTHING.

Very little makes it to the landfill with Bay State Clean-Ups. All the floors, walls, are meticulously removed, cleaned and de-nailed; then placed in his storage facility for inventory. After which, it is all marketed for sale.

They re-roll up insulation if it is clean, bundle lathe sticks, save dropped ceiling parts, mill old lumber, salvage floors...it goes on and on.
